any msi users here? , your views about there customer service is also needed!

No first hand experience here, but I've heard of a few people on this forum and elsewhere who had to RMA anything from 280s to 290Xs and MSI sent them back 390Xs. So there's that.

Corsair or msi for their combined liquid cooled gtx 980ti?

 

corsair has partnered with msi for their combined liquid cooled gtx 980ti!

 

Corsair sells it by the name of hydro gfx and Msi sells it buy the name of gtx 980ti sea-hawk!

 

which seller (i mean corsair or msi) should i go for?

i looking to go with one who has better customer support.

 

any views on this??

Corsair's customer service is legendary - I had my H100i leak and they cleaned up the mess very quickly. I've not used MSI's Customer Service, but just wanted to share my experience with Corsair's.

Its the same product just different branding you probably wont see the difference in customer service either because I'd assume that if its a problem on the GPU side MSi would have to take care of it and if its an issue on the water block side corsair will take care of it you should maybe consider the hydro cards from EVGA as well
