I have about a 250-320$ budget for a X99 motherboard with a red/black/white color scheme and I can't figure out which one to get. If anyone can guide me in this decision i would appreciate it.

I personally really like the MSI x99A Gaming 7, go with which ever fits your needs or is the cheapest or fits your color scheme. I factor in all of that for myself in choosing.
