Why do you have two large partitions? Unless there is data on either of them, delete all the partitions, and then you should be fine.

FYI, admitting to using pirated software is against the CoC. This thread might get locked/deleted.

1.Boot from the Windows 8 install media (You must initiate this boot from a device labeled as a UEFI device, or the installation of Windows 8 will produce an error that the OS cannot be installed to a GPT partition) These UEFI boot devices will have a prefix UEFI: "name of your device", and show as a boot option in your UEFI.

2.After booting to the UEFI device you see the Install Windows 8 screen, press Shift + F10 to open a command prompt.

 3.Type Diskpart, press Enter

4.Type List Disk , press Enter

5.Type Select Disk # (where # is the number your drive shows up as), press Enter

 6.Type Clean, press Enter

I was saying format it but most people are saying that you should delete the partition. Do both of them if you want to and try again. I havent had that problem with my old pc.

it say this.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/52129-disk-clean-clean-all-diskpart-command.html

In the elevated command prompt, type select disk # and press Enter. (see screenshot below)

NOTE: You would substitute # for the disk number listed that you want to use clean or clean all on. For example, I want to use one of them on Disk 1 (from step 1) for my USB key drive, so I would type select disk 1 and press Enter.

In the elevated command prompt, type clean, press Enter

once don't you should be able to exit and refresh the disks..and make a new partition
