Tyler2599

I have a 120 hz tv want to use it for racing games not my main but anyway cant get NVIDIA to realize its 120 and not just 60 hz. here is the tv http://www.tclusa.com/archivedmodels/48fs4610/ the manufactures website says its rated for 120 and I would assume it is just need some help. I tried the custom resolution thing on nvidias control panel but I'm not sure if that's what I'm supposed to do or not

the hdmi port doesn't do 120fps

and it is fake 120fps probbly anyway

What really is happening the screen is updating more the odds of seeing a new frame when updated is better, then have it be duplicated for sync issues.

tv's aren't really 120 hz, ever. they double the frames to create fake 120hz.

Fake 120Hz, as said above.

HDMI (except for 2.0 I believe) can't do 120 Hz.
