CPU, Motherboard and RAM suggestions?

Greetings. I am looking for opinions on this build, in particular the CPU, Motherboard and RAM. I already own all of the other components and therefore will not replace them at this time. So if anyone has a better idea for a CPU, mobo or RAM let me know.

 

I have a budget of roughly £300 (about $450).

Thats a locked cpu, so if you want to overclock get a 6600k, other than thats its fine.

i5 6600K and any usefull Z170 board. You will need DDR4 RAM though.

Theory is when you know everything but nothing works. Practice is when everything works but you dont know why. In this computer, theory and practice are combined: Nothing works and i dont know why.

 

Atleast i can manage Some things, like my current OC personal best.

What advantages does the Z170 chipset have over B150?
