I'd say Xperia Z5 because it is the most powerful out of the 3, doesn't have weird performance issues like the moto X play and the build quality is top notch along with a marshmallow upgrade soon.

I am looking for a new phone that has a good amount of battery life and is running almost stock Android. In addition, must be able to withstand a couple of drops here or there because of my job in the field. 

 

Any thoughts would be great!

i love my Moto X (Not the play version but I still love it, has TurboPower Charging aka

it'll charge really fast with the right charger (has a 3,630mAh battery) 

It has yonder Snapdragon 615 (1.7GHz Octa core) and for 1080p 403ppi 5.5inch gorilla glass display

I heard that if dropped the phone is dead on the play version.

to be completely honest, I've never heard of that before

but if you really want a phone thats shatterproof
