converting old video tapes to pc, but editing software has no audio levels

Hello everybody,

The audo levels stay on zero and i have tried pretty much everything right at this point, i have searched for audio settings no luck could one of u guys help me out?

and this cable i got with the videocamera i know the left one is a 3,5mm audio jack, the black one doesn't ring a bell (i guess it suppose to be white), and on the right Audio R.

It tells you what to do in that pop-up - look for an "advanced mode" button, or click "hardware & drivers" and see if it's there.

You just have the audio format set wrong so it won't pick up audio until it's fixed.

"Epic Voice, Quality Content"

that's clear that if u don't select the right audio format it won't pick it up, but when i click on "hardware & drivers" i get 3 options

1. input

2. display

3. format

when i choose "input" i get this:

and i don't know what it means

with "display" nothing is wrong because i get the image with full color

and if i choose "format" i get this:

hopefully this will help.

Note: i couldn't find "advanced mode"
