FIRST OF ALL I AM A NOOBY.

So yesterday I was playing dying light and the game crashed when I was doing the Hordes DLC. (I was doing task 20) -.-

I rage quit and went to bed, so today morning I expect to wake up to a working PC. But when I power it on, it resets itself. Sometimes it gets past logging into my user account. Starts loading up the desktop then it resets itself back to the screen which says "Press F2 to enter BIOS". Or sometimes it says "starting windows" and goes straight back to the screen which says "press F2 to enter BIOS". Its in this continuous loop now. I can start in safe mode but I have no idea what is causing the problem. i do get a micrsoft visual C++ error on starting aswel. Once the CPU liquid cooling fan would go crazy then the PC would turn itself off. It goes through the cycle until my PC is on, but its a blank screen on my monitor.

i tried disabling everything on start up using safe mode, but this didn't work. My CPU was overclocked, I went back to the reference default settings. This didn't work. I reinstalled thermal paste. This didn't work.

Is my PC overheating? or is it something else? My CPU temperatures are in the 30's according to my BIOS and thats MAX.

My Specs are below

Motherboard -  Asus Sabre 990FX 2.0

CPU - AMD 6350

GPU - GTX 970

Cooler - Cooler Master R2 Seidon

Any help would be great.
