You're changing the motherboard only ?

 

If so, that's a good choice.

The board will fry as soon as you OC the CPU as it's VRMs cannot sustain that kind of power.

The 960 is not that great and horribly overpriced for what you get.

Else it's fine

I think I might go with the r9 380 or save a little longer and get the 390

390 is definitely a much better choice - it's around 60% faster than a 960
