My mom needs a case

My mom wants a small form factor machine. Her machine is currently in the living room so she wants something smaller. Do they make cases that you can set a monitor on? Like for a Media Center case work? Thats the direction im thinking of going.

No I want to set the monitor on the case. My mom is rocking a 4:3 Aspect ratio monitor. It does not have VESA mounts.
