Shot in the Dark here, I recently had a Full computer meltdown... So currently im running on a budget PC, Not exactly my style. But here are the Specs.

 

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

990FXA-UD3 R5 Motherboard AMD FX8370 8 core 4.0GHZ

16g (4x4) DDR3 Hyper xFury 1600mhz Ram

2x Zotac 760 Graphic Cards (Sli)

120g PNY XLR SSD

1tb Seagate 7200.12 hdd

Corsair CX850M Power Supply 80 Plus Bronze

 

Im looking to Build an entirely new PC for Gaming But can also handle Compiling maps for Games as well While Streaming. Without Breaking the bank too bad since my full time Job is being a caretaker for my disabled mother. So Time and Money are not in my favor.

 

Looking for: Water cooling seems like a Must.

Prefer AMD due to it being cheaper than Intel

Can you give us any idea of a possible budget?

 

The system you have now is not that bad... it's better than many a LTT member and can play most games at reduced quality as is.

Here's an idea of what a better current Intel rig would consist of, I just priced it out for a friend. An AMD processor may save you about 100 bucks but not much else will be cheaper.

Sorry but without your budget it is really hard to build a system for you from scratch

Current issue with my build is Heat and CPU usage is 80-100% ALL the time. I'm not a big Streamer but I stream A lot and Compile Maps for games while streaming Which tends my CPU obviously. 

 

 

Well, Budget isnt an issue, kind of. Itll be a long while before I can even build it.

 

Honestly Ive never had an Intel PC, I just know they arent as cheap to replace or repair if needed. ( I have the worst luck when it comes to electronics)

 

Lets say $1500-2000 is the max for budget. 

 

Case I have in mind is nzxt H440 (black). Trying to go for a Purple/Black Theme (if possible)
