A friend of mine needs a computer to game at 1080p (one monitor), render youtube videos, and play some pc games as well. He's going to be streaming xbox games, and already has a capture card. He's going to need an OS, Keyboard, and monitor. Think its doable? Thanks in advance :D

Check the permalink in the box and make sure it ends with SAN and not Syx. The link is buggy on my side for some reason.

The correct build should have a Hyper 212 Evo in it.

Just a heads up, that rig only has a single 8 GB DIMM in there. Not sure if that was intentional. Does having just one DIMM in single channel negatively effect performance in any major way?

It was intentional because it was cheaper and you can add more ram if you need it.

In benchmarks, you can lose some points but performance in a real scenario will pretty much be the same as dual channel.
