I just built a skylake system with an Asus z170-A motherboard. I updated the bios, and when the computer restarted it went strait to the EZ flash 3 utility. I tried to pressing exit on the bottom right of the screen, but it just rebooted and went strait back to the EZ flash 3 utility. I also tried updating it again using the EZ flash 3 utility, but it kept on going back to the same screen.

I agree with @Dabasepc, clear the CMOS first. You can do this by removing the CMOS battery on the motherboard, waiting a few minutes, then putting it back in.
