Cpu: I7 4790K

Ram: Avexir 16gb ram

Ssd: Samsung 250gb evo

Hdd: 1tb wd blue

Before i start my cpu idles at 35-37 degrees and my main gpu idles at 40 degrees.

So recently my computer has been acting weird lately i get temps of 70c degrees on csgo and i get around 80 degrees for my main gpu on all max settings which has never happened to me.I also was playing rocket league and at one point my first r9 290 was hitting temps of 93 degrees and my cpu was hitting 73 degrees which makes no sense to me because none of these games ever made my components this hot.Keep in mind those are temps of all my fans in the case and the gpu fans at 100%.This problem only started a week ago and i can't get rid of it yes i have the stock cooler on it but i never overclocked as i already have a few components for a custom watercooling loop.

I've tried replacing the thermal paste on the cooler nothing happened, i tried a different stock cooler on it nothing happened, i also tried resetting mobo settings nothing happened at this point i'm frustrated because i can't figure out whats wrong with the computer any help would be appreciated on how i can fix this issue.

i live in Toronto.

I was going to suggest maybe ambient temps being the problem (if you lived like Australia) but it shouldn't be getting hotter in Toronto.

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

Forgot to say, your CPU temp is fine, 70c sounds about right for gaming with a stock heatsink (or at lease in my experience with an i5 2300 and an i5 3570k) and my OCed i5 3570k always hits 55c (+/-3 and under a h100i) no matter what game it is (same temps for CSGO, GTA 5, Arma 3, TF2, Rainbow six siege ect. and what I'm trying to say is from my experience, light games like CSGO and TF2 still stress my CPU as much as Triple A titles)
