Powercolor r9 270 driver problem

I uninstalled the drivers and tried to re-install them to get the latest ones but when I download it, AMD installer stops responding. This is what im downloading- http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%208.1%20-%2064 Any help would be appreciated.

Use a different mirror? Guru3D or some other site.

Got it from Guru3d, same problem

Hmm. Manual download or via Raptr?
