Spinning speed

i came across some noctua fans which are said to be extremelly silent

and they have rotation speed of 800rpm

so i have no idea, is that fast or not?

i want silent fans, but also good airflow

speed doesn't = air movement.

 

Pretty much anything from noctua will be good.

they are Noctua NF-A14, are they good?

They are very good and should be able to go below 800rpm.
