Ok so i have footage but theres something i want removed

The Green bar with No ammo

I put it on Photoshop and got it removed easily with band-aid tool thingy but its a video and not a frame

is there any way to have that effect on the whole video (i have premier pro, after effects)

What game is that, looks so pretty :o

Arma 3 at ultra + SweetFX Mod

(my friend who recorded it has a 4790k and a 980 ti, i just have teh same cpu with a chitty gpu so i cant record lel)
