Power Out During Update

So my power went out during an update  :( So it wont boot and wont let me restore my HHD. At the moment I'm talking with 

Microsoft and they want me to pay for Microsoft premium software support service, Any Ideas of what i can do?

Cpu i5 3570k Psu Ace 800 watt (some crap off brand) Gpu Gigabyte Windforce 660ti Ram kingston hyperx genesis 8gb ddr3-1600mhz

You can do a System Restore provided you have a Windows disc. Are you using W7?

Looking at your rig. Might wanna change that PSU

I've tried no luck. Windows 8

If i had to choose - reinstall Win 8 or pay Microsoft AGAIN some cash -> F*ck that im reinstalling Windows 8 and use the money they wanted me to pay them to buy a better PSU...

If i had to choose - reinstall Win 8 or pay Microsoft AGAIN some cash -> F*ck that im reinstalling Windows 8 and use the money they wanted me to pay them to buy a better PSU...I just 

I just got done talking to them  on the phone and they pretty much said i damaged the files i need to restore or even to get into safe mode. So i was think could i possibly try to install fresh from a usb?
