I basically want to find a decent Mobo for less than $100 (CAD) that will be capable of reasonable overclocking with my build. I won't be doing anything extreme but since the 8350 can be overclocked, I'd like to overclock it at a stable level.

What Mobo would you chose and why?

Motherboards with those kinds of specialties don't come cheap. They come at like 140$ or more for a truly decent one.

Ok so what would you choose? If $40 is going to get me that much better of a MoBo and provide the capability to safely OC, then it's worthwhile to me.

I had heard something about Gigabyte with regards to BIOS issues ... should I be concerned? Or can you recommend a specific board?

Normally, BIOS can be updated to a better one. Normally a BIOS issue is to occure with an AM3 processor on an AM3+ board
