New Camera as a gift

So I want to buy a camera for a very special girl, because she's been talking about how she wants a good selfie camera. So what would be a good 1080p, 1440p, or 4k camera that I could get within a budget of $160 USD? I want to get her the best possible so any suggestions would be very much appreciated. : )

It's more basic, but then again it's cheaper. I would still go with the Canon for the looks and zoom.

It's also good to note that the Sony can only shoot up to 720p
