Drivers after a clean install?

Go to solution Solved by zlolslavez,

Just find the Wifi drivers put them to USB, and worry about the other ones later.

Chances are you probably won't need to install any drivers, but get the wifi/ethernet one just in case.

Go to the control panel and reset your pc from there.

This will likely be very long, so please bear with me. I've gotten a new laptop, and on most of the reviews it says to do a clean install of windows 10 (It came preloaded with it). Some say that you could just run an ordinary USB install, and you'll be golden, but others are warning that you should download drivers first, in case win10 doesn't have the right ones. What confuses me is this: If you go to the drivers website, (http://goo.gl/ZjxnuD   E5 772G) it shows several different drivers for several different hardwares. Should I download them all, and save them to the USB? How would I get those into the computer after the install? I apologize if this is incomprehensible, but I'm very confused by this.

You probably shouldn't risk doing a clean install of windows on a brand new laptop if your unsure what to do with drivers.

No offence intended I'm just offering my advise.

You need to know what parts are in your laptop.  Different sku's of the same model can have different parts in them.  You need the drivers only for the parts that are in your laptop.

None taken. That's what I'll probably stick with doing. Thank you for your reply!

Windows 10 should find all the drivers our laptop will require to run, in very very small cases it may not get them all but should get the basics (VGA LAN etc) look on the back of your laptop to find the revisio of the model and get the right st of drivers, if their are multiple os versions get either the one you re running or the most uptodate if the prev is non existant
