I also have this case and it is amazing I have nothing water cooled but all of temps look like it is

Gonna throw in the Silverstone FT02 into the ring with the 3x 180mm Air Penetrator fans blowing up the 90 degree-rotated mobo layout.  It's a pretty huge case but most still consider it the best for airflow.  Downside is that cable management isn't as easy as the 540 since it's not a dual-chamber design that keeps cable mess away from the main area with mobo and video card, but if you do it right then it's a serious contender if not better overall.
