plugins or no plugins?

where are you at right now?  you have ubuntu installed and you just want to know what to download?

I actually set one up a while ago: http://www.kennethballard.com/?p=2028. Look for the section "Setting up the Minecraft server". It also has a section about backing up a running system to Dropbox.
