Im using with this 650W Corsair TX

The questions is, will the 650 W be enought for the PowerColor R9 390X Devil Hybrid?

You should be good, but TX series is still pretty meh

 

Like said above, G2 is a lot better

While the 650 G2 is indeed an excellent power supply, considering how the TX series had been discontinued and replaced with the RM series, it would mean that the OP is likely reusing an older power supply.

 

Anyways, yes, the TX650 will be able to power that system.
