Even if you only use a local account on Windows 10 this will appear anyway there is no way (known to me) to remove it

Windows 10 updates: Some settings are managed by your organization -- This is a private PC. Is it because I signed into windows with my MS account?

Since I game a lot I don't want widows to automatically update stuff when I'm playing online.

I did connect my Microsoft account to my PC but later removed it after hearing about the info they are taking and I thought I could get manual control over when to download windows updates.

Yes I know that if I mark my internet connection as metered it won't update but I don't get any info about new updates that I can' download and install like in windows 10.

Do I need to remove my MS account?

When I go to the account settings and I chose remove does the account only get removed from the computer or does it get deleted (so my email and etc.)?
