So, I'm upgrading my PC, and am going to need a new power supply. I have no idea if a 450 Watt PSU will still be fine, or if I will need something larger like a 500 Watt. My parts list is on my profile, if you need to check that out. If you could give me an estimated Wattage, and a suggestion of what brand / model I should get, that would be even better!

Thanks :D

That PC

will struggle to breach 200W so no worries about wattage. An EVGA 500B is a solid choice for that system.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

I find this is a good site to help you out.

Thanks! Ended up with this result, seem about average for my specs?

Lol nope. As per usual a PSU calculator greatly overestimates how much wattage your PC will use. To put it into perspective, a 5930k on its own demands more power than your entire system. I'd say that, without over clocking the GPU you'd be looking at 140W under max load. Think maybe 160W if you manage an overclock on the GPU.
