Lenovo Y50 1080p non-touch 4720HQ edition

My sister is looking for a new gaming laptop. I'm just wondering what laptops would be best. She would like to be able to run the latest games not bothered about the settings. She'll also be using it for photoshop and digital art. Any thoughts on what would be best? Cheers.

The Y50 is at a solid price considering that it is "previous gen".

There really is no reason to go out buying the huge MSI laptops when this slim guy is here for you, really.
