Need help on running AC:S

ok,so I bought assassin's creed syndicate 1 mounth ago,and I still can't play it,when I start up the game,the luncher just stuck on the logo screen[the logo screen befor entering into the game],I have try my best to ask UBI and MSI for support,but none of them can help me.I am using

 

MSI GT72 2PC with

GTX870M

My hardware should enought for running this game

 

I have try all I can do,updating video card driver,clean boot,reinstalling,run as admin.......

 

Anyone can help me PLZ?

Have you tried running it as an Admin? LoL used to do the same thing and all that needed to be done was running the game as an Admin so I don't know if the same thing could work here or not.
