Can't I'm constantly being given new assignments. Dumb ass teachers want to make their class seem hard but they're not benefiting anyone.

You can't find just 30min to do some simple exercises? Stop fapping and start jogging :P

Actually, even if the meat is homegrown, you need a lot more greens. Even if you did bring your own lunch, probably wouldn't help. Try eating an apple and some lettuce or something for breakfast. Or kale. Or any other of that stuff that isn't exactly tasty but really good for you.

I ate 2 pomegranates yesterday. Today for lunch I have like 7 full carrots too. I also drink a lot of milk like 8+ glasses a day. Is that too much? Also in terms of exercising I live in Wisconsin so it is winter here and I never have time for homework so how would I find time to exercise. Well gym starts next semester so that will be good I guess

You can't find just 30min to do some simple exercises? Stop fapping and start jogging :P

For the past 3 years I was on the cross country team, I ran about 5-6 miles every morning before the sun even came up. I haven't this year but running like that makes you even more drowsy later on in the day.

Sam, Its very possible you have sleep apnea.. My whole family has it. I used to feel the same exact way. Working out is a good idea. I do that,but a cpap machine works wonders. Its tough to sleep for a few days,but after you get used to it,its second nature. Go to a sleep Dr and have a sleep study done.

You need a healthier diet and take multivitamins if you can't reach your daily quota. Don't rely on multivitamins though, they're just suppose to supplement and not replace your source for vitamins and such.

Sam, Its very possible you have sleep apnea.. My whole family has it. I used to feel the same exact way. Working out is a good idea. I do that,but a cpap machine works wonders. Its tough to sleep for a few days,but after you get used to it,its second nature. Go to a sleep Dr and have a sleep study done.

I'll set up a camera and watch the video and see if I have signs of it. But if I go to bed later like at 12 or 11 I sleep perfectly never waking up once in the night and don't feel tired like I normally do on school days.

Sometimes you do need less sleep. A lot of times that would work for me. But trust me,that will catch up to you. I'm almost 47 and I wish there was a cpap back in my 20's. Nothing like hitting a wall around 1-2 pm  and trying to do your job,let alone school.. Watching yourself sleep might not show anything. I don't think you wake up the way you think. They put electrodes on you and can measure your sleep pattern. But,honestly, go to bed a little later,go to the gym, be more active and you might be ok. But, if you have sleep apnea, it doesn't just go away. It would be something to check out anyhow.

I do take multi vitamins

 

Well since you yourself said that what you eat is:

 

Morning: waffles or cereal 

Lunch: school food sludge grease ball horse meat

Dinner: hamburgers or pasta or something fancy

 

You're not doing a bang up job in balancing your source for nutrients. Multivitamins cannot replace natural sources and if they're your only source for nutrients then you're pretty much screwed. You could argue that you do eat vegetables from time to time but that wouldn't cut it, you need them in your lifestyle and not only consume them when you feel like it or when it's prepared along with your food. You need to eat it daily for the rest of your life.

 

I used to feel tired all the time even after I wake up. I started doing cardio and eating a balanced meal and after a month, I felt great throughout the day even after a long day's work.
