Basic Build using a 980Ti Watercooler from EVGA. I attempted to have all the parts available at Micro Center, since I live near one. Please keep the 980Ti, since it's available at Micro Center and I'd

Includes a 1440p 144hz free-sync display, and a larger SSD with a mass storage drive, that build is fairly unoptimized as far as gaming goes

 

and please don't tell me your current display is a single 1080p display

Well then I'd up that GPU to a non X Fury and call it a day, mostly due to how much less free-sync displays cost compared to G-sync displays for effectively the same outcome.
