Unbalanced fan?

This just started happening two years after I've installed two Antec Sickleflow LED fans at the front of my case. One of them is make a grinding noise as it spins every time I start up the PC. However, the noise subsides after a few minutes or if I manually unplug the fan and plug in back again. Does any one know what to do in a situation like this? It is quite annoying.

New fan. I would say it may have a bad bearing or one of the blades is hitting off something. Its ok but it would be annoying. Just get a new fan is my suggestion.

cheap fans use crappy bearings

only fix is to replace it

and if you dont want this to happen again, but a better quality fan
