So I just got my GPU and while the drivers were being found I went to change the resolution and my old monitor did not like it. Is there a way to change the resolution in Windows 10 without being able to see the screen

Ok how do I get it to run

Go to the Start Menu and click Restart while holding Shift. It should give you a list of options - pick the last option. It should be about troubleshooting or something. Can't remember. Click that and when the system goes to start Windows, you'll see a list of options and one of those should be Safe Mode.
