GPU Problems

Tbh, Im going to keep posting this until someone helps.

My specs: 

CPU : AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core Processor

GPU : MSI R7770 Power Edition

6 gigs of DDR3 Hyperx

MOBO : GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3  AMD 970 6 x SATA  6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX  AMD Motherboard 

Temps are constant 40C-45C at 30 fan speed

I cleaned the dust out with an air can and flipped my PSU around so the fan was upward to prevent more dust buildup. 

I also cable managed a bit. 

I cleaned out some dust yesterday and all of a sudden in csgo my frames go from 300 (which is what i usually get to around 60 almost 2 times per sec and and the max fps i get now is around 100. I dont know if something broke.

Google "AMD 7770 Drivers" and download them from AMDs website.

Didnt help, thats why i did after the cleaning i did, it made it worse
