Hey guys I just got given a 780 with a reference cooler from a friend. He didn't have any of the box or anything. I was wondering if there was a way in gpuz or something other software that I can figure out what third party made/sold this card for Nvidia (PNY, Msi etc) Thanks a lot

I know that after you run a 3dmark test, it displays the vendor in the result page but since you have a reference, it might not work right.

why would you want this information? i dont understand why you want it...

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

You can probably find it in the Sub-vendor section of GPU-Z.
