CPU going to 90C+

My 4790K is getting to 90C+ After rising fromow temps when my PC Is on. Yesterday it was maxing at 60C load, now when it's on idol it's 90C. I'm about to try remounting the block.

Yes, remount it. See if that helps at all.

Remounted it, didn't help temps. They started at 40, and rose to 90. Took out my graphics card to have more room to work, and now my PC's not booting...

There were no leaks, as I had the fittings wrapped in paper towels just incase (they were dry)...

Check if pump is working and remount.

It's built into the radiator. How would I go about checking it?

It's very likely a pump issue from the sounds of things, the best way to tell is yo turn the pump all the way up to highest speed, a DDC or any pump is fairly audible if it's maxed out.
