There's no point converting to USD if that's not what you're using. Just state the budget in whatever currency you're using.

Please link us to where you're shopping.

Shadow Wings are better if you don't mind spending more but would really only be worth getting if you're replacing all of the existing stock fans you're using.

well that would be hard because i got nzxt 440 h case with only one extra fan from previous case which was zalman z3 plus (but damaged so..) and the zalman fan is quite noisy .

what about this fan its stays in bugdet still and from what i see its quiet but is it good for pushin air from the case?

Fan specs are measured in varying environments and are generally unreliable. 21dBA is very quiet but I wouldn't count on it being that quiet in the average room.

That being said, the fan is definitely very quiet and you should be running it at lower speeds--in which case, the noise rating for the max rpm isn't that relevant.

Well i dont know if lower speed is good when counting fact that i got 3 front fans nzxt and only 1 back fan 140 mm and one on top and dunno if that 140mm fan will handle such burden of pushin out the hot air mainly alone. Oh and i got be quiet dark rock 3 with its massive fan too so i want to make as good air flow as possible and get a little bit quieter fan ;p
