Same Icons Different In Two Different Start Menus

I noticed that after the big windows 10 update they recently had. But it hasn't bothered me at all

My desktop and laptop are the same in almost every way, except for hardware and games. However, for some reason, when I set the icons up in the two different start menus, they look completely different. It's the Google Chrome and Chrome Remote Desktop icons that are changing to just a giant Chrome icon in a dark box. While this isn't a huge problem, it is annoying, and I even reset my desktop to try to fix it, all to no avail. Any tips? Thanks.

Possibly take the icon from the one that is working properly, upload it to DropBox, download it on to the new computer, and apply it there in the app properties.
