Does Fallout 4 still have huge fps drops even with the latest beta patch? And is JC3 still completely broken on AMD gpu systems?

Not sure about FO4. But JC3 has HUGE drops still. (Remember! Look at the date i posted this post pepole from the future. It may be faster in the future.)

Yes, Fallout 4 does still have FPS drops.

They still didn't fix the vault door bug, so my VATS doesn't work anymore and my radio is also dead for some reason.

Fallout 4 - The only game that is shit and great at the same time.

both games don't run perfectly at my end (see sig). the guys over at JC3 promised a patch, but nothing yet.. 

 

FO4 seems to run the worst in the city region. my game crashed several times while roaming around there, and there's substantially more hitches.. 

even outside of the city the fps is around 45fps. i'm surprised i haven't ran into any significant bugs

That sucks. Not gonna buy it then

Great game. Terrible coding/performance

I'm having no issues with FO4 on my 4670k & R9 290, although there do seem to be some minor fps drops where it will dip into the mid 30s in some areas of the map. I haven't tested JC3 yet, but from what I hear it's still completely broken for AMD cards :/

This is LTT. One cannot force "style over substance" values & agenda on people that actually aren't afraid to pop the lid off their electronic devices, which happens to be the most common denominator of this community. Rather than take shots at this community in every post, why not seek out like-minded individuals elsewhere?
