So I have some old parts that I want to add into my system

New motherboard and cpu and a AIO.

Question I have is my current OS is windows 10 Home OEM. And I'm planing on buying a full license windows 10 home key after the motherboard and CPU swap.

Will it continue to be a OEM system? And keep all my data, or will it say that the key is not comparable and ask for a reinstall of windows?

My new Gaming PC.

if your putting in a new board (unless the board is basically the same)..you should be reinstalling windows and the drivers on the new setup

Exactly, I changed my mobo from intel to asus one and had to reinstall windows because some how after setting up new mobo, window got stucked at loading screen.

If you are asking will OEM key become OEM key after you buy new one. Well it depends what new key is. If its retail key, it won't become OEM. If its OEM, then it will be OEM. Keys aren't tied to your data in any way. Only last activated key matters. Except that OEM keys can only be used on first mobo they are activated with.
