Does Steam refund to Paypal?

I bought myself a game on Dec 5th for 30 euros. It wasn't what I wanted and would like to refund the game and get my money back.

 

I bought the game trough Paypal. I don't want the refunded money onto my Steam Wallet.

 

Does Steam do this?

Yes. It should give you a choice to refund to the payment method you used, or to refund to your wallet.
