There is no number that yous should definitely pass, it all depends on your CPU. I have the H110 myself and I can tell you that you can push the voltage up to 1.3V max. Anything more than that and it will not be able to cope. 1.3V will give you around 4.4-4.5GHz. if you got a decent sample. If not, expect something in the line of 4.3GHz or just under than number. For 4.6GHz you will need 1.35V minimum so don't expect that to happen with that cooler.

 

PS: Don't forget to stress-test for at least 12-18h to make sure it is running stable.
