Change download location to last download location.

APasz

A few months ago Chrome was auto selecting the last folder I downloaded a file to, It allowed me to download a bunch of files from different places without having to navigate to the particular folder I wanted every time but then it started defaulting to the download folder instead and it's super annoying.

Anyone know if there is a way to get it to auto select the previously used folder?

Edit* I happened to stumble upon the fact that chrome doesn't provide the last download location through it's API and I was using a custom download manager so of course it wouldn't work.

3 bars at the top right > settings > show advance settings... (at the bottom) > find download tab near the bottom > enter what you want in the field.

You can tick a box so it asks where to download every time, also making it so it returns to the last place where something is saved (downloaded)

That's the thing, I have it ask me every time and it always defaults to the downloads folder instead of the last place I downloaded a file.
