Windows 8 Choppy Audio

i just did a fresh install of windows and the audio is choppy as hell. bugging the shit out of me.

anyone have any reasons?

nope its only in youtube and its a essence STX

Does it happen with Windows Media Player (important! - not MPC, VLC, etc.. I don't care about those)

try removing the drivers, and re-installing them.......
