P.S. I plan on selling my current PC to a friend for $450 dollars after I save up enough to cover the rest of the expenses and my brother will be building it. Also, if you suggest any changes, please note that I have a budget of around $650

Rendering, so I suggested a 960 for CUDA. If you don't use CUDA, a 380 is a better option. SSD for scratch disk. Xeon for hyperthreading.

Not much, but there is no 4gb 390.

The 8320/50 is about the same in terms of rendering performance, a xeon 1231v3 is a better option, but it costs more
