Hey All,

I am working with a client that needs a decent screen reading program (to read websites). Normally, the schools that I work with provide this software, but at the moment his school does not.

Anyone here use one that they prefer?

Cheap or free is desired.

You want something that makes website accessible for people with disabilities right?  Try the one built into Windows, if that doesn't work as well as you want...

Thanks. The learning management system site software they will be using, actually lists that for use. Will give that a try.

Many of my visually impaired friends use NVDA. Its free alternative for commercial and rather expensive JAWS. One advantage of NVDA is that it can be run from USB. Many students use it as approved tool in exams which are done with schools computers rather than their own laptops.
