I would say Gigabyte has the WORST AMD cards, some worse than reference.

Gigabyte cards are AWFUL for AMD - they compete with Asus for the bottom spot. Broken bioses, poor fan motors that are DOA 50% of the time, cheap lousy whiny VRMs, coolers that don't cool the VRAM or VRMs. AVOID

Using debit card gives you an extra 1.5% which is roughly $5 of $355 therefore a Sapphire 390x for $350 NEW.
