Combo jack, do they exist

yeah, they're common on laptops actually. As for a case, perhaps. I can't think of one that does. But perhaps there a sound card, internal or external (USB) that will let you do this. 

 

EDIT: Actually there's just a Y splitter cable to use. Perhaps a local shop will carry one if you need it soon.
