most reliable ssd and hdd

Most are going to go with the 850 Pro. 10 years is longer than I expect to be using an SSD of that read/write speed. It'd eventually get thrown in something older or put in a glass case to emphasise how shitty speeds were five years ago.

 

I'm mostly joking, but you get my point.

so yesturday i posted a topic for motherboards but now im sorting out my storage, for ssd's im going to have one for boot drive and apps so its going to be 240gb, maybe 480gb, and im stuck between the sandisk extreme pro and the 850 pro, should i go witht he sandisk because of the 10 year warrenty? and i plan to get a 1tb class ssd for games and mods so same question really?

 

now for the hdd, im trying to stay with WD so which one of their classes would be better, in the 3tb range, its mostly for mass storage, so just post your suggestions

Samsung for SSD and WD Black. Black has the longest warranty too.
