Just wondering if it's fine that a single core is 6-12 C Higher than other cores. My core 0 will jump up to say 55C and core 4 will be as low as 40, is this normal? I never really checked my temps before the overclock, but I did a test and it's stable at 4.5Ghz highest it got to was 80C on stress tests. Anyway, is it fine that this core is hotter? I read somewhere that it's because the first core is doing most of the work so it will be 10 degrees hotter at times.

Thanks.

I would assume its ok to have different temps on the cores. mine are anyway

yeah it is, I get about 10 degrees difference, core 2 is quite hot for mine. just be mindful of this - I prefer to keep all my cores below 80 degrees,
