Best $200 GPU

I want to spend about $200 on amazon for a new gpu. I have a 650 watt psu, so power will not be an issue. I have an i5 3350p , so I want something that will work well with it. I don't want the GPU or CPU to be bottlenecked. I was thinking a r9 380(x) or a gtx 950/960. Thanks in advance.

If you can find an extra $30 under your couch somewhere, a 380x would be even better.

R9 380X or 380 or... If you are the Nvidia kinda guy go with the GeForce GTX 950 (Asus)

a 950 is more similar to a  r9 370.

Go with Gigabyte, MSI, Or Nvidia for a couple $$ more over your budget but it'll still be worth it ;)
